Classes, Events, And Programs For Cancer Patients

In addition to offering advanced cancer treatment services, St. Joseph's Cancer Institute offers a variety of programs and services designed to support patients and families experiencing a cancer diagnosis.

Cancer support classes and programs include:

  • Medically supervised exercise program  
  • Special events, including our annual Gathering of Friends, Holiday Gathering, and A Treat-Meant for You

Support Groups

General Support Groups (for all cancer types
Date/time: 2nd Wednesday of the month | 6 p.m.

Spanish Speaking Support Group (Grupo de Apoyo en Español)
Date/time: 1st Tuesday of the month | 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Encompassing Wellness
Date/time: Every Tuesday from 11a.m. - 12p.m.
The Encompassing Wellness series includes supportive counseling, resource information, nutritional information, exercise for wellness and caregiver support.
