St. John’s Regional Medical Center is located just off the freeway in the heart of Oxnard, offering 24/7 access to full ER and hospital services. The hospital features 265 beds, including a 23-bed acute rehabilitation center.
Dignity Health St. John’s Regional Medical Center, together with its sister hospital St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital in Camarillo, comprise the largest acute health care organization in Ventura County. This private, not-for-profit health care system was founded more than 100 years ago, and treats more than 187,000 patients annually.

St. John's Regional Medical Center was established in 1912 by the Sisters of Mercy at the request of Reverend John S. Laubacher.

Our board consists of all volunteers and is responsible for overseeing the services we provide at our hospital.
