Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

The Traumatic Brain Injury program is for adults, over the age of 18, who have been diagnosed with a TBI. This program is available to those in need of assistance in connecting with medical or social resources.

Individualized goals will be set in collaboration with our TBI Navigators to help the participant reintegrate with the community in a healthy way. Access to community resources, training and support groups are opened to the individual once a need has been identified. Participant goals are reassessed every six months with continual contact between support.

Caregiver Support Group

This monthly group is designed for caregivers who need resources, education, and emotional support. We invite anyone who is caring for someone with a disability or diagnosis that requires your support.

Each month, the topic and presenter will be different. All attendees will be given time to engage with peers who may be dealing with similar issues. Respite care will be provided as needed, free of charge.

We meet every third Wednesday of the month from 3-5 p.m. RSVP is required the Monday prior to the meeting by calling (530) 226-3099.
