A soft & bite-sized level 6 diet, refers to a food consistency where all food is soft, tender, and moist, cut into bite-sized pieces no larger than 1.5cm x 1.5cm, and can be easily mashed with a fork. Soft and bite sized foods need a moderate amount of chewing.
