Woodland Healthcare Hosts Covered California Educational Event

Woodland Healthcare will be hosting an educational event on Saturday, November 16 from 1 to 4:30 p.m., where participants can learn more about Covered California and other ways to obtain health insurance in California.

Representatives from Yolo County, Yolo Family Resource Center, ePALS and local insurance brokers will be available to answer any questions you may have about what you may qualify for under the new Covered California and Medi-Cal expansion programs.

The educational event will be held at Woodland Healthcare’s Medical Office Building, located at 632 W. Gibson Road, Woodland. Fifteen minute education sessions will begin at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. This will be a FREE family friendly event with food, iPad Mini giveaway and kids activities. Please join us!
