Application Information
PGY1 Pharmacy Practice resident applicants must apply through Web Admit, the electronic pharmacy residency application service offered by ASHP.
Our residency program typically reviews applications for PGY1 positions, in early January each year with a deadline to submit your application is Wednesday, January 3, 2024. Interviews are scheduled during January and February. The following materials are required to complete your application:
- Completion of an accredited Pharm.D. program
- CV with letter of intent
- Pharmacy School transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
Pursuant to federal requirements, your employment is conditioned upon authorization to work in the United States. Dignity Health does not offer visa sponsorship for this position and you alone are responsible for maintaining work authorization during your employment.
Interview Dates
All applicants will undergo an initial screening by the selection committee. Applicants selected for an on-site interview will be contacted by the Residency Program Director.
