Whether you’ve experienced a heart attack, angioplasty, open-heart surgery or chest pain, our Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Program can help you safely return to your everyday activities. In addition, our Pulmonary Rehabilitation program is available for patients living with chronic respiratory disease. Our goal is to give you the knowledge you need to reduce your risk factors and achieve an optimal recovery.
