The National Research Corporation (NRC) Health’s Top 100 List for Consumer Loyalty ranked CHMC 38th on the list, which recognizes hospitals whose consumers have identified them for providing quality health care services. Recipients are selected based on consumer perceptions of health care quality and hospital image.
