The National Research Corporation (NRC) Health’s Top 100 List for Consumer Loyalty ranked CHMC 38th on the list, which recognizes hospitals whose consumers have identified them for providing quality health care services. Recipients are selected based on consumer perceptions of health care quality and hospital image.
“When our patients recognize us for providing them with high-quality care, we are rewarded with their blessing, commitment and positive praise,” says Dr. Margaret R. Peterson, CHMC President. “With NRC Health’s recent acknowledgment of our hospital with the Consumer Loyalty Award, we will be able to build on our successes and continue to foster an environment that always puts the patient first.”
For 35 years, NRC Health has assisted health care organizations in improving the moments that matter most to patients, physicians, nurses, residents, and staff, by helping them better understand the people they serve. The Consumer Loyalty Award is given to health care organizations with a high rating on the NRC Health Loyalty Index, which consists of seven different categories of consumer loyalty, including access, need, experience, and more.
