Introducing the Breast Cancer Navigation Program
We understand how a diagnosis of a serious health condition can change your life in an instant. Our navigation program specializes in providing you and your loved ones with support and education regarding your diagnosis, and connecting you to answers to your questions. Thanks to a generous grant by Susan G. Komen®, Dignity Health Glendale Memorial Hospital’s now offers a Breast Cancer Navigation program. If you've recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, call us today.
We accept FPACT for women who qualify, and we can refer patients to Glendale Memorial programs addressing specific health issues including the Sweet Success gestational diabetes program, antenatal testing, nutritionists, social workers and presumptive eligibility assistance for pregnant women.
