At Dignity Health, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the communities we serve. If you don't have health insurance, our financial counseling staff is here to help you to find and access government or private programs that may help you pay for health care.
The first step is to see if you are eligible for a government-sponsored health program (i.e. Medi-Cal/Medicaid, Medicare, disability). Financial Counselors are available to work with you to complete the application process. If you qualify, these programs can provide access to health care and other vital social services for you and your family. If you need assistance, please call a Financial Counselor at 602.406.4923.
If you are not eligible for a government program, you may qualify for Dignity Health's needs-based Financial Assistance program.

Dignity Health’s Financial Assistance Policy covers hospital services, including those provided by Dignity Health’s employees at each hospital facility. Services provided by resident physicians, where applicable, and Dignity Health Medical Group physicians are also covered by Dignity Health’s Financial Assistance Policy. A list of covered providers can be seen here.
Services provided by all other physicians within Dignity Health hospital facilities are not covered by that facility’s Financial Assistance Policy. A list of providers not covered by the policy can be viewed here.
