Program Details

How does the Program Work?

After your initial consultation, you will meet monthly with the Weight Loss Center’s Nurse Practitioner and Registered Dietician in a supportive and caring environment to develop an individualized weight management plan. This includes a nutritionally-balanced meal plan focused on your individual weight loss goals, your lifestyle needs, and modifications focused on optimal weight loss. We also offer appetite management and motivational coaching based on proven methods.

We understand the challenges of work-life balance, food allergies, and individual preferences, so our team supports you every step of the way to ensure your meals and weight loss plan are able to fit with your active lifestyle. You may also receive supplements or medication if it is determined to be in your best interest. Our goal is to partner with you to implement individualized lifestyle and dietary changes that result in long-term weight loss success.
