Saint Francis Memorial Hospital's Acute Rehabilitation program is a Medicare-certified facility accredited by CARF for Adult Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation and Adult Inpatient Stroke Specialty Rehabilitation and contracted with most insurance carriers. CARF accredited programs reflect conformance to national standards and practices that are based on the continuous pursuit of quality improvement and accountability. CARF Accredited Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation - This is the highest level of rehabilitation care available and designed for individuals whose rehabilitation needs require a wide variety of intensive specialty therapy.

CARF Accredited Adult Inpatient Stroke Specialty Rehabilitation - An important part of stroke recovery, acute rehabilitation helps individuals re-learn basic skills such as talking, dressing and walking, while increasing strength, flexibility and endurance. Our trained physical therapy and occupational therapy staff are dedicated to helping each person regain as much independence as possible.
