Diabetes Conversations™ Classes

Who can benefit?

  • Anyone newly diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes
  • Anyone that needs a refresher on ways to better manage their Diabetes.

This series of classes are designed for small groups to be informative and interactive. Space is limited so reserve your spot today!

Diabetes Support Group

The Support Group is an open discussion and will cover a variety of topics.  The group, lead by  Angela Fissell, MD, RD Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and other community diabetic experts is free and open to the public.
