Diabetes Support Group

The Diabetes Support Group is held quarterly and is a place for education and discussion, covering a variety of topics related to health & diabetes. The group, led by Angela Fissell MS, RDN Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, is provided at no cost and open to the public.
