Nutrition

Connected Living provides nutrition services through multiple senior dining centers, home delivered meals, and emergency food assistance. We’re the designated food bank for Shasta County and a member of Feeding America. Through our Meals on Wheels program, we provide nutritious meals to seniors who are homebound and have no one to prepare food for them.

Those that are visually impaired can call to have the menu read to them over the phone by calling (530) 223-6034.
