For Visitors

Visitors are a valued part of our patients’ care team, and your safety is important to us. We welcome up to two visitors at a time per patient. Visiting hours are daily from 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Please wash your hands often and avoid visiting if you’re sick.

Visiting guidelines by unit

  • Emergency department: One to two visitors as space allows.
  • Family birth center: Two support persons may be present during labor and delivery. Postpartum patients are allowed 2 visitors at one time; visitors may rotate. Siblings may visit with a designated adult (other than the patient).
  • Critical care unit: Two visitors at a time. Visitation may be restricted due to the patient's condition or the care being performed.
  • Outpatient procedures: Visitors can stay in the waiting room while the patient is having a procedure. Pediatrics: We encourage parents or a guardian to stay overnight with pediatric patients and sleep at the bedside.
