Mercy Hospital of Folsom’s childbirth education course helps you prepare both your mind and body for labor, delivery and postpartum. We use evidence based information to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the labor and birth process. We will help you navigate the birth process and we will practice coping techniques and provide your partners with tips on how to best support you through the labor process.

The class will cover:
