Volunteer at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento

Volunteering is an enriching experience and one of the most rewarding ways to help your community. At Methodist Hospital and Bruceville Terrace, we believe that one person can make a profound difference in the lives of others, a belief that is shared by our volunteers. Every day, these special volunteers assist our hospital and people throughout the community.

Benefits of volunteering include: meeting new people, making new friends, developing professional contacts and gaining a sense of personal satisfaction from helping others. More importantly, volunteers are vital to our patients, visitors and staff.

Do you have time to give? We need caring, compassionate people who want to make a difference in someone's life. We offer two volunteer programs: one at Methodist Hospital and one at Bruceville Terrace.

Adults who would like to give back to the community can volunteer in a variety of areas, including general office support and in the Gift Shop, Information Desk, Outpatient Surgery and Surgical Waiting Room. College students preparing for a medical career may volunteer in our emergency room or nursing units to observe professionals in the medical field.
