Before Your Stay
If you are being admitted to the hospital, please come to the Admitting Department in the main lobby. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be escorted to your hospital room.
We offer a convenient Online Pre-Registration Form to help streamline your admission to our hospital.
If you will be having an operation, you may also contact our Surgery Department at 213.742.5402 (Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm) to schedule any tests that must be done prior to your surgery, plan a pre-surgical visit, or discuss any questions you may have regarding your procedure.
After Your Stay
For easy payment options, we offer Online Bill Payment.

The Online Business Office was created to provide you with information about the hospital billing process and financial resources that are available to you.
When it comes to your health, you should be fully informed at all times. With the help of interpreter services at California Hospital Medical Center, you can discuss your medical needs in your native language and with confidence.

My Care (Patient Portal)
My Care (Patient Portal) provides you with online access to your medical information on a convenient and secure site. View your personal health records, clinical summaries, laboratory and imaging results, as well as instructions and education specific to your care. Transmit your visit summaries to your providers, view upcoming appointments, and securely message participating health care teams.
