Community Hospital of San Bernardino offers Palliative Care services, the comprehensive care and management of the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs of patients of all ages.
If you or a loved one are suffering from chronic, debilitating or life threatening/life-limiting illness, we are here to help.
This specialized service is offered by a team of trained staff and is complementary to other therapies available and appropriate to the identified goals of care. The core team consists of a physician, a registered nurse, a social worker and a chaplain.
