
Clinical Training Facilities
St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, CA is the main inpatient site for all program years. St. Joseph’s is the largest hospital in the Dignity Health network and the largest hospital in San Joaquin County. The hospital sees a diverse mix of patients, including a large pediatric volume.
Touro University Medical Group (“TUMG”) in Stockton, CA is the primary outpatient clinical learning site used for the neurology outpatient continuity clinic, a longitudinal experience that spans the PGY-2 through PGY-4 years. TUMG is an affiliate practice of Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine. University faculty physicians provide inpatient and outpatient neurological services to the greater Stockton area.
Mercy Medical Group (“MMG”) in Sacramento, CA is an outpatient site primarily used in PGY-3 and PGY-4 years. Residents will be rotating with MMG for their Sleep, Neuroimmunology, Epilepsy/EEG and Aging rotations. MMG services the greater Sacramento region with advanced neurological care to a primarily economically-disadvantaged population.
UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA is an outpatient site primarily used in the PGY-4 year. Residents will be rotating with UCDMC for their Pediatric Neurology rotations, providing advanced neurological care to children within the greater Sacramento region.
