Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

The outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program at St. John's hospitals offers individualized exercise and educational programs for people who have had a recent heart attack, heart surgery, or have experienced other cardiovascular incidents.

Our cardiac rehabilitation program is conveniently located at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard. The facility features a full-spectrum of equipment, overlooking the beautiful view of St. John’s Healing Garden. Our goal is to increase our patient's fitness level and encourage lifestyle adjustments to control ongoing risk factors for heart disease. Our program is a safe way to help you feel better faster, get stronger, manage stress, reduce the risk of future heart problems, and promote an understanding of heart disease.
