Kimberley Mayes is from Carson City, Nevada. She obtained her undergraduate degree (BS) in Biology with distinction in breast cancer research from University of Nevada, Reno. She earned her medical degree (MD) from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. She has worked as a mobile ultrasound technologist (vascular, general, Ob/Gyn, breast imaging, etc.) providing services to rural and remote areas in Northern Nevada.
