Nathan C. Claydon, MD, MBA, FACP

Chief Hospitalist in Internal Medicine at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital

Dr. Nathan Claydon MD is a board-certified Internist and Medical Director of the hospitalist group at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital and is a native of Nevada County.  He is currently the Chair of the Bioethics committee, as well as Chair of the Physician Monitoring Committee.  He serves as vice Chairman of the Department of Medicine, and sits on the regional credentialing committee for the greater Sacramento Division.

Erin Kolb

Erin Kolb is a wife, mom, and outdoor enthusiast. She is fueled by her passion for serving others and building a strong community. Erin began her career with Dignity Health in 2015 and has been the Residency Administrator of our program since it was founded in 2020. She has her Bachelor of Science in Hospital Administration and hopes to obtain her Master’s in Public Health in the near future.
