Erin Kolb is a California native who grew up in sunny San Diego. She is a dedicated wife, mother, and passionate outdoor enthusiast, with a deep commitment to serving others and fostering a strong sense of community. Erin began her professional journey with Dignity Health in 2015, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong desire to contribute to the well-being of those around her. 

Since the founding of our Family Medicine Residency Program in 2020, Erin has served as the Residency Administrator, playing an integral role in its development and success. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the program, coordinating residency schedules, managing communication between residents and faculty, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Her career has been marked by a focus on supporting healthcare initiatives, building lasting relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of educational programs. 

With her passion for service, community development, and program management, Erin continues to make a meaningful impact both professionally and personally. Her dedication to the success of the residency program and her ability to foster a positive and supportive learning environment make her an invaluable member of the team.
