Condition HELP is a direct line for patients and family members. Simply dial "0" from any hospital phone. Please ask us if you or your family needs anything during your stay. We are here for you if:

  • You notice a medical change in your loved one

  • Something just doesn't feel right

  • You need immediate attention

Dignity Health's Health Information Management (HIM) Department maintains all patient medical records.
