Meet Our Team


Our multispecialty team includes the following staff to support patients in their care: Administrative Coordinator, Outreach Education Coordinator, Physical Therapist, Recreation Therapist and Social Worker.

John A. Schafer MD, Multiple Sclerosis Achievement Center

Tiffany graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 2003 with a Masters of Social Work. At that time, she began working in the field of neurology in home and community-based rehab programs. Tiffany joined the Dignity Health MSAC as the Program Manager in November 2014 and transitioned into the Director position in 2024. She is responsible for the development of program curriculum and facilitation of activities and education to promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional wellness for people living with multiple sclerosis and their support partners.

Brian has been working in the field of multiple sclerosis since 1992 and joined the Dignity Health MSAC, as Director, in October 2013 to launch the program in February 2014. He transitioned to the Interim Program Manager position in 2024. As Interim Program Manager, Brian oversees program development, exercise components of the program, and Outcomes analysis.

EVENTS TO SUPPORT THE MS ACHIEVEMENT CENTER

  • JCPenney at the Roseville Galleria is supporting the MSAC through their ‘Round-Up Campaign’!  Customers will be asked if they would like to round up to the nearest dollar at the time of their purchase, with 100% of the money raised being donated to the MSAC Operations Fund.
