The mission of Woodland Healthcare Auxiliary, founded in 1961, is serving our patients and community with the best comprehensive and compassionate healthcare, every day.
Woodland Healthcare's Auxiliary volunteers play an integral role in the delivery of patient and family services at Woodland Memorial Hospital. Auxiliary volunteers operate the hospital Gift Shop and Information Desk. They assist with patients and their families in several departments throughout the hospital, conduct and support fund-raising activities and health screenings, and perform other very important functions that support the mission of Woodland Memorial Hospital to improve the health of our patients and community through outstanding care and service. Placement depends on each individual's interests and skills and the current needs of Woodland Memorial Hospital.
Over the years, the Woodland Healthcare Auxiliary have donated thousands of dollars in equipment to the hospital and clinic.
