The Northridge Hospital RN Residency Program enhances the skills and confidence of new nursing graduates, which leads to improved patient care and outcomes. Our program utilizes didactic course work and clinical experiences to further develop the skills, knowledge and confidence of newly graduated and transitioning RNs.

The nurses at Northridge Hospital take pride in being a group of professionals who possess a personal sense of commitment and responsibility to provide care that facilitates health and healing. We embrace the concept that each patient and his/her family have a unique background and individual needs.

We are pleased to announce our upcoming Fall 2021 New Grad RN Residency and RN Transition Fellowship Programs. Transition RN applicants must have at least one year of acute care nursing experience.

Positions are limited and early application is encouraged.
