Archdiocese of LA Blesses Newborn Baby Boy at St. Mary Medical Center

Dignity Health - St. Mary Medical Center welcomed Bishop Marc Trudeau, the newly ordained Bishop of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, San Pedro Pastoral Region, appointed by Pope Francis.

A celebratory Mass was held for staff and visitors in the Hospital’s chapel.

Bishop Trudeau toured the health care facility and one fortunate family received two blessings on August 14, 2018. First the gift of life in welcoming their healthy newborn son, Christopher Adrian Bautista, followed by a blessing from Bishop Trudeau. “May he grow in Your sight to be a man who shares Your love with others,” prayed Bishop Trudeau.

Grateful parents, Vanessa Corona and Chris Bautista, of Paramount, were honored to have Bishop Trudeau at St. Mary the morning of their son’s birth.
