Our goal for all patients is to ensure that you are cared for in a safe environment and that your health needs are met continuously. If you or a loved one perceives a change in your condition, or if there’s something that just doesn’t feel right, a nurse or the charge nurse should be called immediately.

Admitting & Outpatient Registration

Before your admission to Saint Francis, you need to complete the registration process. The admitting office is conveniently located off the hospital's main lobby on the first floor. Outpatient registration is located on the first floor of the Pierotti Pavilion. In both cases, an experienced professional will assist you in completing all registration forms and consents. Language Access Services

Dignity Health is dedicated to providing access to quality health care. Language access services are available to our patients free of charge, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year. Services include:

  • TDD (Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf)
  • In-person, over-the-phone, and video remote interpreting
  • Document translation services
