Fellowship Application

Northridge participates in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). All applicants must submit their application and supporting documents through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). We are currently only accepting candidates who have completed, or will be completing, a Family Medicine Residency.

In order to be eligible for interview consideration, we ask that you apply through ERAS and provide the following supportive documentation:

  • Personal Statement
  • CV
  • Copy of USMLE or COMLEX Part 1, 2, and 3 scores
  • Residency Program Director's letter of recommendation
  • Two additional letters of recommendation, including at least one from a primary care sports medicine physician.

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available.

We will start reviewing applications as soon as ERAS opens in July for applicants seeking a position in the next Match. Our application deadline is October 15.
