The Wound Healing Center offers a comprehensive approach to your patients suffering from chronic, non-healing wounds.

St. Bernardine Medical Center is committed to clinical excellence at all levels of care. It's why we have partnered with National Healing Corporation to utilize their nationwide expertise, management services and latest technology. And it's why all of our Wound Healing Center physicians have received specialized wound care training from Ohio State University, including extensive training in hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Center of Distinction

As a Center of Distinction Award recipient from Healogics, Inc., the Wound Healing Center demonstrated outstanding clinical outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including a patient satisfaction rate of 99% and a 90% wound healing rate within 30 median days to heal, among other quality outcomes. All reasons why you can confidently select the Wound Healing Center to help your patients heal from:

  • Arterial ulcers
  • Compromised skin grafts/flaps
  • Diabetic foot ulcers
  • Ischemia
  • Osteomyelitis
  • Osteoradionecrosis
