Northridge Hospital Medical Center: Recorded Maternity Tour Session
Northridge Hospital has partnered with the California Highway Patrol to offer the community a free car seat safety check-up. Get the most up-to-date information to keep your little ones safe. Have your child's car seat inspected by a certified CHP (California Highway Patrol) Child Passenger Safety Technician. Each car installation and parent training will take approximately 30-45 minutes.

Prepare for your child's birth. Class topics include physical and emotional changes, what to expect during pregnancy and birth, techniques for relaxation and breathing, cesarean birth, pain relief options. This is a four-class series that can be joined at any time. Registration is recommended by the sixth month of pregnancy.

Class 2: Pain Management/Cesarean Birth
Class 3: Breastfeeding Workshop
Class 4: Postpartum/Parenting

Offered every Thursday for mothers looking to exchange breastfeeding information and experiences. Led by a Lactation Educator.
Group meets on Thursdays from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
