LAS VEGAS, Nev. (Nov. 19, 2025) Two Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican hospitals in southern Nevada have earned high honors in a recent Newsweek-Statista survey. Dignity Health St. Rose - San Martin Hospital ranks #1 in the state of Nevada and Dignity Health St. Rose - Siena Hospital is ranked #3.
Newsweek and Statista named the leading hospitals in each state based on a nationwide online survey of healthcare professionals, quality of care metrics, accreditation data, patient satisfaction data, and a Patient-Reported Outcome Measures survey.
“The staff and leadership of San Martin hospital are very proud of these rankings,” said Katherine Vergos, President of Dignity Health Las Vegas Market. “These results speak volumes about our hospitals as they reflect input from our patients, peers, and quality regulators, and take into consideration patient outcomes. It is gratifying that they confirm something we already believed to be true - that our medical professionals and caregivers deliver high quality and compassionate care for every patient that comes through our doors.”
More than 6,000 hospitals were evaluated in the nationwide survey. Eight hundred hospitals were ranked, expanding the list by 100 from last year. San Martin and Siena claimed two of the top three slots and are the only ones in the top three that are in southern Nevada, making Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican hospitals the best hospitals in that region.
The scores are broken up into the following pillars: 50 percent for hospital quality metrics, 30 percent for hospital reputation, 15 percent for patient experience and 5 percent for PROMs (Patient-Reported Outcome Measures) implementation .
