We are pleased to offer on line pre-registration for scheduled tests or procedures in Radiology, Surgery, and Maternity. Please note: This is not pre-registration for the Emergency Room.

• Outpatient Registration
  5 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday 
  Closed, Saturday and Sunday

• Surgery Registration
  5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

• Family Birth Center Registration

• Emergency Room Registration
  24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• Inpatient Registration
  Located inside the main entrance on the south side of the building (go to outpatient registration desk or emergency department).
