New Visitor Information
In keeping with our commitment to the safety of our community, we have temporarily expanded visitation restrictions.
We understand the important role family and loved ones play in the healing process, and we encourage visitors to come when it is best for their loved one. On behalf of the entire Mercy Gilbert team, thank you for the privilege of caring for you. We wish you good health and a fast recovery.
There are currently no visitors for COVID-19 patients. Non-COVID-19 hospitalized patients may have two designated visitors between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., and extended hours for antepartum patients.
Exceptions now include one designated visitor for patients who are admitted for ER, a surgical procedure, labor and delivery, or end of life. Two parents are allowed for all pediatric patients.
Visitors will be required to wear a disposable mask that covers both mouth and nose at all times and must check-in upon arrival for screening. Please practice physical distancing and limit travel in the hospital to the patient’s room, a waiting room for procedure, a public restroom, the gift shop, and the cafeteria.
We remain committed to delivering the best care possible to all our patients, while keeping our patients and staff safe. Please check with your doctor or admitting staff at time of admission for the most current information.
