Since opening in June 2006, Mercy Gilbert has achieved national recognition for its healing environment, leadership and efforts toward a healthier earth.
As a designated Healing Hospital, Mercy Gilbert promotes a culture of compassionate care and reminds staff why they chose health care as their line of work. All staff and employees must undergo extensive training in this philosophy.
Mercy Gilbert is the fifth largest employer in the city of Gilbert. In 2014, Phoenix Children’s Hospital opened a 22-bed pediatric unit inside Mercy Gilbert.
