New visitor policy for COVID-19 patients

  • COVID-19 patients are now allowed designated family member visits for 15-minutes daily. Please make a note of the following:
  • The visit will be coordinated by our Care coaches or other designee in collaboration with the Charge Nurse (RN) on duty.  Please call (480) 728-8000 and ask to speak with the Care coach to schedule your visit.
  • Visits should be scheduled between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m., when possible, but exceptions can be made for short-notice visitation as needed.
  • When possible, time with your loved one’s provider will be facilitated during your visit based on need. This can be done via an in-person meeting or telephone call.

We are here to help!
