Our childbirth and parenting classes at Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican help parents and parents-to-be prepare for a new baby and the many aspects of parenting. By attending our classes, you can receive valuable information and support, and gain confidence in your parenting skills.

We offer a variety of childbirth preparation and parenting classes on many topics. From a general overview of parenting basics to detailed information about your childbirth, our classes can help you gain confidence for this new stage of life.

Perinatal Mental Health Disorders – (PMHD) Training

Support for Moms-to-Be and New Moms

Breastfeeding classes and consultations and Prenatal classes, such as Baby Basics and Daddy Boot Camps are available to help "almost" moms and dads and new moms feel more comfortable in their new roles.
