Mammograms - R.E.D. Rose Program
Uninsured or underinsured and 49 or younger? You may qualify for a free mammogram. The R.E.D Rose Program, funded by the Engelstad Foundation, provides breast exams, mammograms, ultrasounds, surgical consultations and biopsies and support services to women and men who lack adequate health care coverage or the financial means to obtain them. Mammogram Screening Event
Rose P.E.T.A.L.S (Promoting Empowerment through Awareness Love and Support) in collaboration with the Mammovan and the Engelstad Foundation R.E.D. Rose Program is hosting a pop up mammogram screening event. Prior to your FREE mammogram, join us in the Wellness Center for a guided meditation with our yoga instructor, relaxing art therapy session, and handcrafted refreshments. Self-Measured Blood Pressure Program
The Self-Measured Blood Pressure Program (SMBP) is a comprehensive 30-day program that's designed to empower you to monitor and track your blood pressure readings. The goal of the program is to help you take steps to self-manage your blood pressure as you work with your provider for better heart health. Participants receive a free blood pressure cuff. Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance - for Those with Parkinson's*
Join us for a virtual adapted Tai Ji Quan program on Zoom. Through support from the Parkinson's Foundation, 
this Tai Ji Quan program is FREE for Parkinson's patients and caregivers in Clark County, Nevada. This nationally-recognized, evidence-based fall prevention program for adults is an enhancement of traditional Tai Chi that transforms movements into therapeutic training for balance and mobility. Best results are achieved by completing the 24-week program that meets twice weekly.
