Get moving with us! Exercise programs for seniors, such as Enhance Fitness and Chair Yoga, are available along with a variety of higher intensity classes, such as yoga, Tai Chi, HIGH Fitness and Zumba.

Fitness classes are free "drop in" classes, and no registration is needed.

Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance - for Those with Parkinson's*
Join us for a virtual adapted Tai Ji Quan program on Zoom. Through support from the Parkinson's Foundation, this Tai Ji Quan program is FREE for Parkinson's patients and caregivers in Clark County, Nevada. This nationally-recognized, evidence-based fall prevention program for adults is an enhancement of traditional Tai Chi that transforms movements into therapeutic training for balance and mobility. Best results are achieved by completing the 24-week program that meets twice weekly.
