Get moving with us! Exercise programs for seniors, such as Enhance Fitness and Chair Yoga, are available along with a variety of higher intensity classes, such as yoga, Tai Chi, HIGH Fitness and Zumba.

Fitness classes are free "drop in" classes, and no registration is needed.

Bingocize®

This fun, familiar, and unique edition of bingo combines a bingo-like game with exercise. Bingocize® has been shown to increase older adults’ functional fitness, health knowledge, and social engagement in a variety of settings.

HIGH Fitness and High Yo

Yoga inspired, music driven stretching - HIGH Yo was created to help people fall in love with stretching. This lighthearted format incorporates stretching, strength and balance to improve overall health, and show what a difference stretching can make in our lives and for our bodies.
