Adult Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care

Crossroads: Mental and Physical Well-Being

Mental and physical well-being coincide on all levels. The exploration of mental health must consider physical well-being. The Crossroads: Mental and Physical well-being class makes connections between mental and physical well-being and the overall impact on mind and body. Realizations associated with these connections allows individuals to discover new methods of addressing overall health needs.

Managing Serious Mental Illness

Serious mental illness can be foreign and frightening. The Managing Serious Mental Illness class explores help seeking behaviors, effective self-care routines, and collaboration with medical and mental health professionals in an effort to restore functionality. Knowing the foundational treatment approaches can assist individuals in decision making practices that positively impact their abilities to address their serious mental health concerns.

Youth Mental Health First Aid
Adults who work with youth ages 12 through 25 learn how to provide basic first aid to help someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis until appropriate treatment and support are available.
