Let’s Slow Down Dementia with Cognitive Stimulation Therapy
Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is an evidence-based group intervention for individuals with mild to moderate dementia that promotes cognitive function through integrating conversation, socialization, and physical activity.

Youth Mental Health First Aid
Adults who work with youth ages 12 through 25 learn how to provide basic first aid to help someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis until appropriate treatment and support are available.
