Adult Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them o the appropriate care. Fruit and Vegetable Prescription program

Eating fruits and vegetables on a daily basis is important in maintaining good health and managing chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cancer, etc. If you have a chronic condition and are experiencing difficulty in getting food, you may qualify to receive a "prescription" of fresh produce delivered right to your door! Knit to Heal Prayer Shawls

Knit prayer shawls for patients and loved ones (or pick up a prayer shawl for someone facing illness). Or learn to knit or crochet. Yarn donations are also appreciated!
