Andrew Matsushita MD

Andrew Matsushita, MD

Medical School: Northeast Ohio Medical University

I grew up in Denver, CO before moving to Cincinnati, OH where I went to Xavier University. While at Xavier, I cultivated and furthered my passions for photography, teaching, and medicine.  After graduating with my BS in Psychology, I completed the Winter-Cohen Family Brueggeman Fellowship and started my job as an insurance brokerage analyst. In 2017, I left the corporate world and joined the Northeast Ohio Medical University - Cleveland State University Partnership for Urban Health to begin my journey in medicine. Over the past 4+ years, my interest in long term continuity medicine, working in urban and undeserved areas, and engaging in diverse communities led me to Dignity Health. Away from the medical world, I love to cook, travel the world, take pictures, and explore my surrounding areas (hiking, restaurants, and coffee shops).
